AGREEMENT IN LIEU OF DISCIPLINE

                Private agreement between Bar and attorney in lieu of disciplinary proceedings, usually where attorney’s infraction is minor.  These agreements are enforceable, usually are of a year’s duration and contain certain continuing education or other corrective conditions.  Confidential and not considered discipline.
