DISBARMENT

                Attorney’s name is stricken from roster of attorneys eligible to practice law.  Attorney must comply with notification requirements of Rule 955, supra.  Attorney must wait five years before petitioning for reinstatement, must have passed the Multi-State Professional Responsibility Exam within one year of filing petition and must prove to State Bar Court by clear and convincing evidence that:  (1) attorney has present learning and ability in law; (2) attorney has been rehabilitated; and (3) attorney is of good moral character.
