STAYED SUSPENSION AND PROBATION

                Attorney is placed on period of stayed suspension with a period of probation, during which time attorney must make quarterly probation reports to probation unit in prosecutor’s office and comply with other conditions (e.g., professional education; office management improvement; restitution, etc.).  In addition to liability for costs, attorney must also pass Multi-State Professional Responsibility Exam.
